Join the Elevated Roots team and help deliver the Elevated Experience to every guest. As a Retail Lead, youll support daily retail operations, coach team members, and ensure every customer interaction meets our high standards of service, compliance, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Prior retail Cannabis required

Support daily store operations including opening/closing duties and cash handling.

Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Coach and support team members to meet service and compliance goals.

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance standards.

Salary

Required Skills

13 years of cannabis or retail leadership experience.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Dependable, organized, and confident leading a team.

Must be 21+ and meet all state cannabis employment requirements.
