We are seeking a friendly and professional Web Chat Agent to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers via live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering product or service information. The Web Chat Agent will play a key role in delivering excellent customer support and ensuring positive customer experiences.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Experience in both customer service and a remote setting is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
This is a full-time position, equipment is provided.
