Mentorship and Career Growth

At  Crest Hill Animal Hospital , we support veterinarians at every stage of their career. All experience levels will receive mentorship directly from  Dr. Brandy Saubert , our  Managing Veterinarian , who has extensive experience in  surgery ,  internal medicine ,  cardiology , and  preventative care . Dr. Saubert fosters a  collaborative ,  hands-on environment to help you grow your clinical skills.

For  new and  newer graduates , you’ll also have access to the  NVA Mentorship Program . This 12-month program complements on-site mentorship, offering:

• Personalized guidance : Dedicated mentors will help you transition from classroom to clinic, offering hands-on and virtual support.
• Surgical proficiency : Enhance surgical skills through core skills review and repetition of common elective procedures.
• Dental proficiency : Receive in-clinic guidance and additional CE opportunities to improve your dental skills.
• Professional development : Engage in wellness initiatives focused on  client communication ,  time management ,  teamwork , and  leadership .
• Community connection : Build relationships with a network of peers and mentors through  social activities and  case reviews , while attending  regional events for networking and team-building.

*Prosal Compensation with a base range of $110k - $150k. Compensation commensurate with experience, skills, schedule, and the scope of services provided.
