We are seeking an RN who is passionate about providing high quality, patient-centered primary healthcare and collaborating with a kind team of professionals.
*About the Role*:
As an RN, you’ll use your critical thinking, good judgement, and interpersonal skills as you identify solutions or approaches to patient problems. You’ll collaborate with clinical staff to design and implement meaningful and individualized patient-centered care. Responsibilities include:
* Work with patients to maximize their health capabilities
* Perform triage and manage the triage flow
* Administer medication and provide treatment prescribed by provider
* Perform immunizations and injections
* Continuous collection of health data about the health status of patients
* Assist with patient flow for the provider
You will be primarily based at our Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave. in Buffalo, and will travel to other Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed.

*Education and Skills to be an RN:*
* Graduated from an accredited two year nursing school
* Current NYS Professional Registered Nurse license
* Current CPR certification
* Results-oriented; creative and persistent in accomplishing tasks
* Highly responsive, timely, accurate and thorough in follow-up and follow-through
* Flexible in managing shifting priorities and timelines
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent judgment and discretion
*What We Offer:*
Compensation: $36.50 an hour based on a full-time, 40 hour work week
Plus, this position offers a sign-on bonus for external hires, paid in installments throughout the employee's successful first year of employment.
