We’re seeking a dynamic and business-minded Project Manager to partner with executives and drive mission-critical initiatives across acquisitions, ERP transformations, and operational scaling. 🔑 What You’ll Do

• Lead PE-driven initiatives: acquisitions, integrations, carve-outs, divestitures, and business readiness for sale.
• Drive transformation projects across ERP relaunches, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and business process improvement.
• Engage directly with the C-Suite and portfolio leadership on projects that impact growth and profitability.
• Manage project teams ranging from 10–20 to 100+ members depending on scope and scale.
• Travel occasionally to various U.S. office locations.

• Structured Project Management background — able to lead with rigor while flexing across business and IT.
• Strong business acumen — ideally with early career experience in finance or operations before moving into project management.
• Private equity exposure (must-have): M&A integrations, carve-outs, portfolio scaling, or preparing a business for sale.
• Industry familiarity: construction, industrial services, or related trades — someone who understands the business side of the field.
• Energetic and inspiring approach: not just “organized,” but able to excite and align stakeholders around transformation.
