Key Highlights:

• Work in a state-of-the-art practice equipped with digital scanners, computers in each operatory & Gemeni lasers etc.
• Huge demand. 200+ new patients per month on average
• Conservative treatment philosophy with a focus prevention, minimally invasive dentistry & patient education.
• Primarily FFS with large cash patient base. 99% collections rate
• Dental Anesthesiologist for in-house GA services as well as at hospital
• Professional Growth. Work with experienced, board-certified pediatric dentists who are happy to teach and mentor
• Partnership opportunities could be available after an initial associate period
• Great benefits. Negotiable on exact package
• Excellent Income potential. Earn $300,000-$400,000 Daily base guarantee of $1,800+ based on experience & abilities OR % of collections. Whichever is higher
• Sign on Bonus / Relocation Assistance

Qualifications:

• Pediatric Dental Certification
• Must hold a Virginia dental license or can obtain one.
• Experience preferred but  all experience levels are welcome .
