Description This position is in Smyrna, TN and we are looking for Warehouse Case Pickers! Benefits include weekly paychecks, health/dental insurance, and much more. This is a full-time warehouse opportunity available for the following shift(s):
- 1st shift - 5:00 am - 1:00 pm (some overtime on separate days may be required)
- 2nd shift - 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm (some overtime on separate days may be required)
- 3rd shift - 9:00 pm - 5:00am (some overtime on separate days may be required)
Previous Walkie Rider/Electric Pallet Jack Rider experience is required Perks & Benefits - Weekly paychecks

Job Responsibilities - Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
- Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
- Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or containers.
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.
- Assist in physical inventories.
- Ensure proper stock rotation.
- Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.
- Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.
- Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.
- Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
- Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: - Previous Forklift or Walkie Rider Experience
- Able to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
Associate Requirements - HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
