\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience\n
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n
• Ability to complete all onboarding requirements, including background check, drug screen, and health screenings (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza, TB/PPD, Fit Test, Physical/Health Statement)\n
• Completion of nursing skills checklist and competency exams\n
• Valid Driver's License or State ID\n

\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to medical-surgical patients\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed\n
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)\n
• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards\n
