About the Role:

BeaconFire is looking for a Talent Operations Associate to join our Business Development team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of business growth, operations, and people strategy. You’ll support initiatives that directly impact team expansion and client success playing a vital part in identifying, coordinating, and onboarding future talent for key business and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales & BD leaders to understand upcoming project and team requirements.
• Research, identify, and evaluate potential professionals for client-facing and technical roles.
• Coordinate schedules, facilitate conversations, and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems and assist in tracking engagement metrics.
• Support onboarding activities, documentation, and background processes.
• Contribute to brand initiatives that help attract top professionals.
• Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all involved parties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in coordination, talent operations, or business support (internships welcome)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Interest in technology, people operations, and business growth strategy
