BeaconFire is looking for a Talent Operations Associate to join our Business Development team. You’ll support initiatives that directly impact team expansion and client success playing a vital part in identifying, coordinating, and onboarding future talent for key business and technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales & BD leaders to understand upcoming project and team requirements.
- Research, identify, and evaluate potential professionals for client-facing and technical roles.
- Coordinate schedules, facilitate conversations, and manage candidate communications.
- Maintain accurate data in internal systems and assist in tracking engagement metrics.
- Support onboarding activities, documentation, and background processes.
- Contribute to brand initiatives that help attract top professionals.
- Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all involved parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in coordination, talent operations, or business support (internships welcome)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Interest in technology, people operations, and business growth strategy
