Position: Shopify Developer

Location: 100% remote | global

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm PST

Contract: Long term | Independent Contractor Agreement

About the role

We're looking for a Shopify App Developer who can architect and build a scalable integration experience similar to Shopify Collective enabling real-time product, pricing, and inventory synchronization across multiple stores.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop a secure, merchant-facing Shopify plugin/app that connects and syncs data between multiple Shopify stores.
• Build robust integrations with Shopify APIs to manage products, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, and permissions.
• Implement automated data flows and triggers that support dynamic recommendations (e.g., product velocity, pricing adjustments, or performance insights).
• Ensure the plugin is lightweight, secure, and easy to install, with a strong focus on usability and brand experience.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to shape the system architecture and integrate analytics or AI-driven intelligence features.
• Maintain documentation, deployment pipelines, and API version control for long-term scalability.
