GD Process Design, LLC., is looking to add a shipping and receiving coordinator to our team in Hartland, Wisconsin. This role will handle all inbound and outbound shipments, both domestic and international, as well as work with our brokers to ensure smooth import/export of goods. Our company specializes in importing European processing equipment and spare parts and exporting throughout the Americas. Duties also include picking and packing spare part orders, preparing large shipments for shipment, and receiving and inspecting inbound shipments. Import/Export experience is a plus, as well as experience working with QuickBooks, WorldShip, and Microsoft Office. We are a small business with a family business feel for employees. Responsibilities: • Picking, Packing, and Shipping Orders • Coordinating pickups, customs clearance, and delivery of orders from Europe • Following up on tracking info and solving any issues that may arise • Receiving, inspecting, and checking in inbound shipments • Communication with both the spare parts and the project management department on expected deliveries • Checking in Parts/Equipment Orders • Giving updates on the lead times of shipments Qualifications: • Good Communication Skills • Experience in shipping • Quickbooks Experience • Organizational skills • Computer Experience • Lift >40 lbs at times • Reliable Transportation Compensation: $40,000+
