Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking motivated production workers for our client in sheet metal production and fabrication work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a trades or physical work background to learn a specialized skill. While a background in sheet metal production is a plus, the client will provide training on all machinery and production processes - we're seeking those with foundational work experience and the ability to learn quickly. Key Responsibilities: Learn to operate sheet metal fabrication equipment with on-the-job training. Follow work instructions and production schedules Maintain quality standards through attention to detail Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Work collaboratively as part of a production team Adapt quickly to changing production needs Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in trades work, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or other hands-on physical work Ability to read a tape measure accurately Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions) Strong work ethic and ability to work at a quick, steady pace Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods What We're Looking For: Common sense approach to problem-solving Someone who takes pride in producing quality work Team player with a positive attitude Quick learner who can adapt to new processes Safety-minded individual Shift(s): DAY Shift: M-F 7a-4p standard schedule, during busy season can work 10 hour days and overtime on Saturdays NIGHT Shift: M-F 2p-11p standard schedule, during busy season can work 10 hour days and overtime on Saturdays Benefits: $20-30/hr starting wage DOE, with increases as skills develop Comprehensive benefits package On-the-job training Overtime opportunities Stable, growing company Safe work environment Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Manual dexterity for handling materials and tools Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment #zr
