Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with strong AWS expertise and proven experience in the Ecommerce and Retail industry to join our dynamic remote team. This role involves working on a critical customer project that demands excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication.

Note: Candidates based in Arizona are required to work from our office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
• Implement cloud-based solutions utilizing AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain code quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective fixes.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Communicate effectively with the customer throughout all project phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience in the Ecommerce and Retail industry is a must.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Selection Process

1. Initial Screening - Resume review and phone interview with TechnicaX HR/Recruiter.
2. Technical Test - Coding test to evaluate your Python skills and problem-solving abilities.
3. Customer Interview - Final interview with the customer team to assess technical fit and communication skills.

Candidates must successfully pass both the coding test and customer interview.
