Job Description
Responsibilities of the Senior Reviewer role will include:
- Technical review and sign off as an EP on Phase I ESA’s.
- Coordinate with junior staff throughout the Phase I ESA process.
- Interaction with clients on preliminary, draft and final findings of the report.
- Coordinate and manage tasks associated with the implementation of research and field activities and report preparation.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Develop conclusions and recommendations for further action.
- Interpret information and analytical data.
- Review and revise reports prepared by junior staff and provide feedback.
- Prepare technical reports for submittal to clients.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or related science field required.
- Five or more years’ experience performing Phase I ESAs and five to ten years or more technically reviewing and providing Senior sign off on Phase I ESA’s.
- Experience preparing equity purchase Phase I ESA’s.
- Experience preparing Lender Phase I ESA’s.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail.
- Resourcefulness and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong work ethic.
- Willingness to perform a variety of assignments on short notice
