Responsibilities of the Senior Reviewer role will include:

Technical review and sign off as an EP on Phase I ESA’s.
Coordinate with junior staff throughout the Phase I ESA process.
Interaction with clients on preliminary, draft and final findings of the report.
Coordinate and manage tasks associated with the implementation of research and field activities and report preparation.
Mentor junior staff.
Develop conclusions and recommendations for further action.
Interpret information and analytical data.
Review and revise reports prepared by junior staff and provide feedback.
Prepare technical reports for submittal to clients.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or related science field required.
Five or more years’ experience performing Phase I ESAs and five to ten years or more technically reviewing and providing Senior sign off on Phase I ESA’s.
Experience preparing equity purchase Phase I ESA’s.
Experience preparing Lender Phase I ESA’s.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Ability to multitask.
