Job Description Job Description Company: Hawthorne Distribution (3PL Fulfillments) Compensation: Base $70,000 uncapped, recurring commission (negotiable) Reports to: Owner About the role Sam Distribution is a large Amazon retailer expanding into 3PL. We have an operating warehouse and we’re building our 3PL client base. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can source opportunities, close deals, and own accounts after go-live . We’re especially focused on customers who are unhappy with their current 3PL and want a better or less restrictive solution. Strong focus on FBA-focused fulfillment , especially grocery and delicate product categories (where we have a meaningful operational advantage). After a pipeline is established, account management will be separated from this role. What you’ll do Build and convert pipeline (industry relationships, outbound, inbound, referrals) Run the full sales cycle: discovery, scoping, pricing, proposals, negotiation, close Partner with operations/WMS to ensure deliverable commitments and smooth onboarding Own accounts post-close (SLAs, escalations, QBRs, retention, expansion) Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and forecasting What we’re looking for 7 years in 3PL/fulfillment/logistics sales with a consistent closing track record Brings an existing client base or active book of relationships Must have direct 3PL sales experience (warehousing/fulfillment services, rate cards, accessorials, SLAs) Strong industry relationships and ability to generate opportunities through your network Comfortable owning both “new business” and “account management” early-stage Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills Preferred Los Angeles / SoCal market experience Equal Opportunity Employer Sam Distribution is an equal opportunity employer.
