Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Remote Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. Overview As a Tax Expert, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Full-time remote work from home or office. What You Will Do You will provide tax advice, prepare returns, and handle customer inquiries. You will use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Bilingual in English/Spanish with written and spoken communication skills. Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and dedicated to delivering an excellent customer experience through video, audio, and written communication. Excellent customer service skills and confidence in using video and audio tools in a professional, friendly manner. What You Need Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation Base pay ranges by location: Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50; Southern California $28.80 - $36.50; Colorado $27.50 - $34.80; Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50; Illinois $27.50 - $34.80; Maryland $27.50 - $34.80; Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50; Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30; New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50; New York $28.80 - $36.50; Ohio $24.80 - $30.30; Vermont $27.50 - $34.80; Washington $28.80 - $36.50; Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50.
