Position: Scrum Master
Location: hybrid in Wilmington, DE
Duration: 6+ months
Visa: gc or citizens
What You'll Need to Have:
Prior experience managing two teams simultaneously
Ability to work with team members having diverse Agile maturity levels
Flexibility to work across various technologies
Strong influential ability
Availability for early hours on some days, if needed
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 4 years experience as an agile team member, including 2 years as a Scrum Master, OR
In lieu of a degree, 8+ years combined education and experience, including 4+ years on agile teams and 2+ years as a Scrum Master
Preferred Qualifications:
Financial industry experience
In-depth knowledge of at least two tech roles (PM, UX, BA, developer, QA, etc.)
Experience leading self-organizing and continuously improving teams
Agile/Lean principles knowledge
Experience in digital capabilities and Design Thinking
