Essential Functions

• Proposal Schedule Development, develop preliminary project schedule using project documents.
• Assist in maintaining project schedule.
• Assuring the schedule provides an accurate picture of the current status of work and the work remaining for the project.
• Time management skills, with the ability to handle various responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines.

Required Experience

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field required.
• Strong preference given for students studying Civil Engineering or a Construction related field.
• Demonstrated interest in construction management and the construction industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Time management skills, with the ability to handle various responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines.
