We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Specialist to help grow BindRocket’s presence within the independent insurance agent community. You will play a key role in reaching out to independent insurance agencies, scheduling product demos, conducting live presentations, and following up to convert leads into happy customers. Speaking Spanish is a strong plus, as many of our customers are bilingual. You can check our AD at Linked In or apply at info@bindrocket.com.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call independent insurance agencies to introduce BindRocket and its benefits
• Schedule and conduct virtual demos of our platform (training provided)
• Follow-up with prospects via phone, email, or text to answer questions and move deals forward
• Manage and update the CRM with contact notes, status, and follow-ups
• Provide light technical support during demos and client onboarding
• Schedule in-person visits with clients when necessary (optional or local)
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to improve messaging and user experience
• Represent BindRocket in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Comfortable with phone/video calls and presenting software solutions via multiple media including Zoom, Microsoft teams, other platforms.
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Basic understanding of insurance agency operations a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Willingness to occasionally travel for client visits (if required)
