Sales Administrative Assistant - Wholesale
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Senior Administrator

Overview:
Vaco Client is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to support the wholesale sales and marketing team. This role involves order management, account support, and coordination with internal teams and customers. Strong Excel skills, organizational ability, and communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with order entry, customer records, inventory tracking, and sales reporting.
  • Maintain price lists and support sales forecasting.
  • Monitor shipping schedules and coordinate logistics with customers.
  • Prepare sales materials, data, and presentations for meetings.
  • Support marketing communications to prospective customers.
  • Manage product data, database records, and project checklists.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with Access, Oracle, and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.

With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
