Base pay range $60.00/hr - $65.00/hr Direct message the job poster from FUSTIS LLC Talent Acquisition | Technical Recruiter @ FUSTIS LLC Job Title: SailPoint IIQ Developer with Okta Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX Work Authorization: USC/GC/GCEAD/H4EAD Only Pay rate: $60-$65/hr. on C2C/1099 Job Description: Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs. Testing and evaluating new programs. Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts. The candidate for this position should have significant experience working on large IT projects, particularly in application integrations with SailPoint IIQ and single sign-on with OKTA and Azure. The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision.

III. TERMS OF SERVICE

Services are expected to start on 09/01/2025 and are expected to be completed by 08/31/2026 . Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 2000 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended, provided both parties agree to do so in writing.

IV. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION

Services shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission . Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , excluding State holidays when the agency is closed. The primary work location(s) will be at 701 51st, Austin, Texas 78751 . The working position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework . Any and all travel, per diem, parking, and/or living expenses shall be at the Candidate's and/or Vendor's expense. Texas Health and Human Services Commission will provide pre-approved, written authorization for travel for any services to be performed away from the primary work location(s). Pre-approved travel expenses are limited to the rates and comply with the rules prescribed by the State of Texas for travel by its classified employees, including any requirement for original receipts. The Candidate(s) may be required to work outside the normal business hours on weekends, evenings and holidays, as requested. Payment for work over 40 hours will be at the hourly rate quoted and must be coordinated and pre-approved through Texas Health and Human Services Commission .

V. OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

TERM OF SERVICE (Required) Services are expected to start on or around September 1, 2025 and are expected to completed by August 31, 2026. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 2000 hours for FY26. Initial Purchase Order Term: Any Purchase Order resulting from this Request for Resumes is effective on the date of issuance and expires on the last day of the State fiscal year in which the Purchase Order was issued, unless sooner stated in the Purchase Order or unless sooner terminated, renewed, or extended as provided in the Purchase Order. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION (Required) A) Services shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated through the Agency. B) The primary work location will be 701 51st, Austin, Texas 78751. Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) required to be onsite at the location listed above. Program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position. C) Any and all travel, per diem, parking, and/or living expenses shall be at the worker’s and/or Vendor’s expense. D) The worker may be required to work remotely at HHSC discretion, up to 100 percent of the time. E) The worker may be required to work outside the normal business hours on weekends, evenings and holidays, as requested.
