Role Overview As an Inbound Sales Representative , you’ll manage qualified inbound leads —no cold calling required. Your role is to: Answer pre-sales questions via email, chat, and phone . Understand eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay. Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities. Thrive in a remote, independent work environment. Must be based in North America (applications outside this region will not be considered). Preferred Skills: Familiarity with inventory management, PIM software, or multi-channel eCommerce tools. Previous B2B SaaS sales experience.
