Seeking a full-time Entry-Level Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for one of the largest fastest growing direct marketing company in North America. We provide several services for home maintenance. Our focus is on Attic insulation and mold remediation and removal and represent an exceptional line of home attic insulation.

The Entry Level Receptionist / Administrative Assistant should enjoy interaction with the consumers, clients, and conducting themselves with professionalism, optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of the company. 

Seeking a candidate who is motivated, energetic, positive, dedicated, organized, friendly, and a detail-oriented professional.

This is a full time in office salaried employee position.

· Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist clients & visitors with professionalism

· Answer phone calls, emails, and manage correspondence

· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

· Assist with office administration and data entry

· Support staff with general clerical tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist/admin role preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in [Microsoft Office / Google Workspace]

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Inbound call experience
