Job Description
Property Manager position with a strong, regional property management company. Full-time position to manage a 120-unit, professionally managed rental community in Wooster, Ohio. Must have the ability to work independently, manage others, and possess strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Showing and renting available apartments
· Processing applications and preparing leases
· Rent Collection
· Accounting Data Entry
· Resident Customer Service
· Manage and work closely with Maintenance Staff
· Managing and Scheduling Vendors
· Preparation of weekly and quarterly reports
· Preparation of annual operating budget
Requirements:
· Strong PC and Internet Skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
· Ability to learn with minimal direction
· Very strong customer service skills.
· Multifamily / Property Management experience highly preferred
. Working knowledge of Real Page Software a plus.
This is a full time, professional position, with vacation, paid holidays, and other benefits. Note – (1) this is NOT a "live on site" position. An apartment is not part of the compensation package. A mandatory background and drug test will be conducted (2) Health Insurance is not included and is not offered at this time.
