If you’re looking to break into the grooming world with a team that trains, supports, and truly cares about animals and people, this is your moment. We’re seeking a motivated, animal-loving individual to join our crew as an Grooming Tech. No hair-cutting experience required – we’ll teach you everything you need to know, and then some. Responsibilities:

• Bathe, brush, dry, and trim nails of a minimum of 8–12 dogs per shift
• Maintain strict safety and cleanliness standards – dogs and tools alike
• Keep the grooming room clean and organized: tackle laundry, clean kennels, and pitch in on common areas
• Monitor pets for health or behavioral issues and report concerns to senior staff
• Help clients with questions or requests – we’re known for being helpful and kind!
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with the front desk when needed

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
• Team player who takes direction well and pitches in without being asked
• Comfortable being on your feet and lifting dogs up to 50 lbs
• Able to work weekends
• Bonus if you’ve worked with animals before – but not required
