???? What You’ll Be Doing

• ???? Process bi-weekly payroll like a pro—accurately and on time.
• ???? Review timecards, handle garnishments, and make sure everything adds up.
• ???? Be the go-to person for employee questions about pay, reimbursements, and benefits.
• ???? Prepare reports, support audits, and help keep us compliant with GAAP standards.
• ???? Enter and code accounts payable, and work with vendors to resolve any hiccups.
• ???? Keep sensitive information confidential and secure.
• ???? Jump in to support the accounting team with special projects and day-to-day tasks.

✅ What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of payroll experience (you’ve done this before and you’re great at it!)
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (a must-have!)
• Solid skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• A degree in Business or Accounting? Even better!
• Bonus points if you know Abila MIP Fund Accounting
• Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a team-first attitude
