Welcome to Ellie! Ellie Mental Health is opening a new clinic in Oregon City! We are looking for clinicians who share our vision of expanding access to mental health services, reducing stigma around mental illness, and building community with like-minded clinicians. We want mental health professionals like you to join our community of clinicians who share the Ellie core values of authenticity, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. This opening is for a part-time (15-20 hours a week), licensed, Mental Health Therapist who excels in utilizing multiple modalities or specializes in specific practices to serve adults, children, or families.

As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health's new locally owned and operated clinic in Oregon City, you'll work towards our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, and acceptance. Additionally, Ellie provides centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, and more.
Required Qualifications and Skills: - Candidates are required to have a masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Candidates should be fully licensed and able to work independently in Oregon (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.)
- Experience with completing mental health assessments, treatment plans, therapeutic interventions, and clinical case notes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner in accordance with OARS
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
- Must be able to complete and pass a background check
This is a W2 position and compensation is based on hours billed plus administrative time. Compensation is an hourly rate plus percentage of reimbursement rate. Compensation percentage is based on licensure, specialty, and languages spoken.
