As a Fulfillment Center Specialist, you’ll be hands-on in our warehouse including picking, packing, placing, shipping, and receiving customer orders that go out nationwide. Duties

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive and verify goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• Assist the inventory manager with tracking and forecasting product arrivals.
• Prepare and maintain records of all merchandise received and shipped.
• Stock and organize warehouse inventory; keep products easy to find and ready to go.
• Manage inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
• Keep customer service updated on expected shipping and delivery timelines.
• Update warehouse systems with shipping and receiving activity.
• Ensure every package meets quality and accuracy standards before shipment.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Report issues or suggest improvements to management as we continue to grow.

Experience & Skills

• High School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of warehouse, factory, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write English, follow instructions, and perform basic math.
• Able to interpret packing slips and correctly enter information into computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to anticipate packaging needs based on order size, weight, and customer requirements.
• Familiarity with proper packaging and labeling methods; ability to follow visual instructions.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems, browsers, and monitors at once (preferred).
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Job Types: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 – 25 per week
