Valet Parking Position

Schedule: PRN, Day Shifts

Hospital: Ascension Alexian Brothers

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

Salary: $18.24 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide parking and directional assistance to visitors.
• Render parking and directional assistance.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations as well as safety procedures within the facility.
• May provide valet parking and transportation services to visitors.
• Assist with special events parking arrangements.
• Responsible and accountable for ensuring service excellence for all internal and external customers.
• Maintain vehicular and pedestrian traffic control in and around hospital parking areas.
• Collect fees, answer questions, control exit to assigned parking garage.

Requirements:

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Drivers License credentialed from the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles (IL-DMV) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
