About The Role Under general supervision of Facilities Manager and in conformance with established policies and procedures, the Parking Lot Attendant is responsible for monitoring parking in the bank’s lots to ensure that ample parking is available for customers. Provide prompt and courteous service to all internal and external customers, supporting the goals and mission of the bank. Monitor customer and rental parking lots and sidewalks for parking violations and skateboarding/roller blading, issue warning tickets to violators and when necessary, contact police department to report violations. Report problems or unusual occurrences to supervisor for follow-up. Greet customers as they enter and leave the bank. Complete and track City Parking violations. As needed assist armored security personnel to access the building for deliveries. Monitor freight and package deliveries and notify appropriate departments when items are delivered. Assist the maintenance department in completing miscellaneous tasks when needed. Order janitorial, kitchen and maintenance supplies. Prepare and maintain coffee station for staff. Perform additional tasks and projects as requested by the Facilities Manager/President. Regular and predictable attendance to accomplish job duties and provide in-person contact with customers. Schedule to be determined by the Facilities Manager to meet the needs of the business. Overtime may be required to complete job responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalency Possess a valid driver’s license.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY

Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers. Must have the ability to operate a calculator and computer/PC. Ability to complete job responsibilities in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to complete job responsibilities with a minimum supervision and to exercise a reasonable amount of independent judgment. Willingness to keep supervisor and co-workers informed of day to day questions or issues that arise. Ability to interpret and follow bank policies and a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be able to routinely perform work both indoors in climate‑controlled shared work area with moderate noise level and outside in sometimes inclement weather.

Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Specific lifting abilities required by this job include: Constant lifting and carrying up to 10 lbs. Occasionally lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, stooping, balancing, kneeling and crouching. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes. What We Offer Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position.
