Job Description

Our client, a leading distribution company in Streetsboro, is seeking Order Selectors to join their 2nd team. In this role, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Selector-2nd Shift

Location: Streetsboro, OH

Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Pay Rate:  $17.50

What's the Job?

• Operate manual order pickers, similar to riding pallet jacks, to efficiently select items for shipment
• Accurately follow order picking instructions to ensure correct items are selected
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals

What's Needed?

• Ability to learn and operate manual order picking equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods
• Ability to train on 1st shift
