UPS를 더 발전된 내일로 이끄는 것은 바로 역량과 열정을 지닌 사람입니다. 역량을 보유하고, 자기 자신은 물론 팀을 이끌 수 있는 인재를 위해 기술을 배양하고 다음 단계로 나아갈 수 있게 할 직무들이 준비되어 있습니다. **직무 설명:** Courier drivers are responsible for safely transporting road freight using the most cost-effective route while providing exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:** - Carry out delivery and pickup across metropolitan and regional areas. - Organise outbound freight by planning route schedules and inspecting packages and validating package labels. - Record and notify management of any faulty packaging or damaged items - Utilise appropriate equipment to load and unload vehicles. - Safeguard freight to prevent movement during transit. - Adhere to punctual completion of runs. - Obtain recipient signature - Deliver superior customer service during all interactions. - Ensure proper handling and security measures for all packages. - Address delivery challenges, such as damaged items or inaccessible delivery locations. **Skills and Experience:** - Minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role - Valid driver's license for a two-axle rigid vehicle - Good driving record - Proficiency in operating various loading equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks - Excellent customer service skills - Physical stamina **Key Physical Demands:** - Individual lifting up to 20kg, with typical weights between 2kg and 10kg - Constant standing and walking and may squat to lift items.
