*Job Title:* Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Contract

*Location:* Burlington, CO
*Pay:* $1,800 – $1,900 per week
*Shift:* Days
*Contract Duration:* 13 weeks

*What You’ll Do*
* Perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests (hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, etc.)
* Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers
* Ensure proper specimen collection, handling, and processing
* Adhere to quality control and regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, HIPAA)
* Communicate findings clearly with healthcare providers

*Requirements*
* Associate’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field
* *ASCP or AMT certification* as MLT (Required)
* *Minimum 1 year of experience* in a clinical or hospital lab setting
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with LIS systems and lab safety protocols

*Certifications*
* MLT (ASCP or AMT) – Required

*Schedule*
* Days 4x10 hour shifts
