What your day will look like:

• Lead billing and collections operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with department protocols and regulatory requirements
• Conduct audits and analyze billing and intake procedures
• Monitor and report on trends in coding, charges, accounts receivable, and collections, providing insights to team
• Provide leadership and guidance to the billing team, foster positive work environment and driving improvement in revenue cycle performance.
