Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure reliable operations
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with minimal downtime
Repair or replace defective components using appropriate tools, precision instruments, and technical expertise
Partner with production teams to support continuous operations and resolve equipment concerns quickly
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment performance history
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements as needed
Adhere to and promote company safety standards, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment

Qualifications

Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment
Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC systems
Skilled in conveyor, motor, chain, and hydraulic system repairs
Proficient with three-phase wiring up to 480V
Ability to perform equipment rebuilds and respond effectively to emergency breakdowns
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team
