Take 5 Oil Change is offering an opportunity to join their growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required as training is provided to become a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and perform other light maintenance services. Responsibilities include draining motor oil, changing oil filters, washing windshields, adjusting tire pressure, inspecting and topping off fluids, performing coolant exchanges, restocking and maintaining inventory, maintaining cleanliness of the work environment, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit, and be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods. Willingness to work in hot/cold weather and reliable transportation are required. Must be over 18 years old (16 in some states). The company offers full-time and flexible schedules, competitive base pay plus commissions, same day pay, free oil changes, paid time off, and health, vision, and dental insurance. Over 90% of shop managers started as lube techs, with paid training to advance within the company.
