Industrial Mechanic

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our team in West Memphis, Arkansas! The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. This role involves working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, as well as PLC troubleshooting and maintenance. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Repair and replace faulty components and systems as needed
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems to ensure proper machine operation
• Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Document all maintenance and repair activities in accordance with company policies
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance is a plus
• Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Experience with PLCs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety
