We are seeking an installer and service technician with a minimum of 10 years' experience on Residential and Commercial equipment. We offer a $2,000 hiring incentive, excellent pay, health insurance options (FULLY COVERED BY THE COMPANY*), company vehicle, training, and company provided continued education. We guarantee hours and promote from within! Ideal Installer Candidates must have the ability to complete the following: -Ductwork sizing/fabrication, gas piping and refrigerant piping installation/ sizing. Water heater installation, Refrigerant charging by sub cooling and/or manufacture charts. Condensate piping, control wiring for furnaces, Heat pumps and rooftop units. Install humidifiers and a variety of thermostats: programable, WIFI, wireless, and multistage. Ideal Service Candidates have the ability to complete the following: Residential/Commercial service and maintenance of furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, rooftop units and boilers. Knowledge of the installation of the above systems. Requirements: Provide outstanding 5 star experiences with customers Demonstrate advanced communication skills Develop sales leads and or sales for new equipment Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School, EPA certification, and Journeyman license (preferred.) Able to lift, pull, and/or carry heavy objects.
