Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established and collaborative primary care team in Great Falls, MT. This full-time, hospital-employed position offers a supportive work environment, flexible scheduling, and a true work/life balance.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday through Friday clinic with the option for a four-day work week

Join a team of four physicians and six Advanced Practice Providers

Light 1:10 evening call rotation; hospitalist team manages all inpatient care

Full spectrum of in-house specialty and diagnostic service

Practice in a modern, acute care hospital

36 inpatient beds

10-bed open ICU

2 cath lab suites with an 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit

5 ORs and a 4-suite outpatient surgery center

5 dedicated observation beds

8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced professionals

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Montana

Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program

Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in primary care or family medicine

Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills

Strong commitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration
