We are in need of Electrician Helper to join our team!!

GREAT PAY!!

SAME WEEK PAY!!

The Electrician Helper assists licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This position is ideal for individuals starting a career in the electrical trade who are eager to learn, follow safety standards, and support a variety of electrical service and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians with wiring, conduit installation, and panel work under supervision.
• Help with lighting maintenance, sign lighting, and outdoor lighting installations .
• Support the setup and installation of generators, transfer switches, and machinery hook-ups .
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairs as directed.
• Help with new electrical service upgrades, fuse and breaker replacements, and panel repairs .
• Aid in pole line construction and ball field lighting maintenance as required.
• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment; ensure job sites are clean and organized.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures at all times.
• Load, unload, and prepare materials for daily work assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the lead or journeyman electrician.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 0–2 years of electrical experience or enrollment in an apprenticeship program (preferred).
• Basic understanding of electrical tools and equipment.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
