The Director of Finance is responsible for timely and accurate financial and statistics submissions, consolidation of budget and financial forecasts, financials review with senior management, and corporate reporting and consolidations. This position is part of the Corporate FP&A and will be located onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Consolidate the monthly/quarterly financial results, prepare the forecast to actual bridges reporting to senior management/Corporate and perform in-depth financial & operational analysis, including standard/gross margin analysis, operating expenses, headcount, and capital expenses, to accelerate future business planning decisions.
  • Lead the Monthly Planning Alignment & Communication (MPAC) meeting to streamline communication and breakdown silos within finance and accounting, and direct end to end process for monthly forecast and annual operating plan (AOP) submissions to Corporate via OneStream application, including coordinating accounting/finance business teams for the data input and validation.
  • Drive the quarterly Investor Relations (IR) deck consolidation and submission to Corporate and prepare the Segment P&L reporting between different market/geographic/franchise.
  • Oversee personnel responsible for, among other things, the monthly CVDs and KPI dashboard updates and report to management on a timely basis at each month-end and assist in preparation and submission of President’s letter to Corporate.
  • Manage review and update of the corporate reporting structures in OneStream. Coordinate with the FP&A teams and business partners at least on a quarterly basis to update for any changes required.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree with 14+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 12+ years OR Doctoral degree in field with 9+ years experience.
  • Lead and monthly/quarterly forecast process as well as the Company’s annual operating plan.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and global finance leaders in leading/driving financial strategies and goals.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and building consensus across the group of stakeholders are essential.

The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $235,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
