What will you do in your role?
As a
Customer Service Representative , you'll be the first point of contact for Russell Cellular store customers, helping ensure every interaction is smooth, professional, and solution focused. You'll handle an average of 60+ inbound calls a day from retail locations, provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and connect them to the right department - all while identifying opportunities to recommend products, services, and in-store appointments.

Key Responsibilities - Answer an average of 60+ inbound calls a day from Russell Cellular retail store customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Promote Verizon products, services, and promotions during customer interactions.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit retail stores for product purchases or consultations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality assurance, schedule adherence, and sales.
- Adhere to company dress code standard and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications - 1+ year of experience in customer service, retail, or call center environment preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, think quickly, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Comfortable using computer systems and CRM tools.
- Sales-minded with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.
- Must have a passion for Customer Service and the ability to demonstrate empathy and an upbeat tone
