Currently in search of Caregivers for seniors in an Independent Living Community (Lexington). Previous experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living or Nursing Home required.

We are looking for a passionate individual who is interested in improving the lives of others by allowing them to remain independent. As a Team Member, you will assist in the daily care of seniors or disabled individuals in a Retirement Home.. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: light housekeeping, personal hygiene, companion care, dementia care, and more. You will be expected to keep a daily log and communicate with the office on a regular basis to ensure quality of care for our clients.

We try our best to schedule our employees with days and hours that work with their schedules. Bonuses available, ability to grow within company, training opportunities, etc. Weekly schedules available with a high degree of flexibility. We empower our caregivers! Our scheduling will be discussed further with applicants via phone screen.

Must be at least 18 years of age * Must pass background check and drug screen. Negative TB test required. Training Provided. Reliable Transportation is a must..

Do you qualify to join our team? If you are chosen to interview with our team, we will give you a $10 gas card for your time and effort. If you are hired, we will give you up to a $50 sign on bonus after successful 30-day performance and salary review.

$10.50/hr. to start for caregivers; $11/hr. to start for CNAs. 30 day performance and salary review. Generous bonus program and flexible scheduling.
