Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Development / Sales / Marketing Representative to help expand our reach and promote our services in the local real estate and lending industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship building, takes initiative, and enjoys being active in their community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate, mortgage, and legal industries
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, attorneys, banks, builders, and other referral partners
• Represent Royal Title Services at networking events, trade shows, and community functions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience during the title and closing process
• Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Track sales activity, outreach, and lead follow-up using CRM tools

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing preferred (experience in title, real estate, or mortgage industries is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with the Columbus, IN area and existing local connections is highly valued
• Ability to work independently, set goals, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable attending in-person meetings and events as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
