About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its specialty hospitals, which provide a high level of care for patients with chronic, critically ill, and medically complex conditions. The CEO will be responsible for the strategic planning, management, and overall operations of the hospital, ensuring the delivery of quality, economical healthcare services. This role involves direct day-to-day management, leadership to meet strategic objectives, and the enforcement of organization-wide policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and managing the hospital's budget, coordinating and integrating services, and promoting a culture of service excellence among the staff. Candidates for the CEO position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years' of senior-level experience in healthcare administration, particularly in a hospital setting. Essential skills include knowledge of healthcare regulations, budgeting, and management, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multi-site environment. The CEO will also be expected to have basic computer skills, be fluent in English, and have a strong background in facility operations, human resources, and finance. Experience in sales, marketing, or public relations is a plus, and a graduate-level education or completion of an Executive Fellow program may be considered in lieu of the required experience.
