We are excited to offer a TEAMS opening for CDL A drivers in Corbin, KY! If you have recently obtained your CDL License, we want you to become an essential part of the Ryder family!

Our Driver Development Program includes 6 - 9 months of experience, designed specifically for new graduates who want to enhance their skills. Benefit from 8 weeks of paid training where you will learn crucial backing, close-quarter maneuvers, and experience both short and long runs, all while getting paid!

Here’s what you can expect:

• Competitive weekly earnings: Ryder Drivers earn $1,050 or more weekly during training.
• After training, a guaranteed minimum of $1,715 per week.
• Team Miles Pay: $0.335 per mile with approximately 5,000 miles weekly.
• Additional pay for team stops: $7.00 per stop (4 - 8 stops per day).
• Drop and hook pay of $6.00 per drop/hook.
• Flexible schedule options: Monday - Saturday or Sunday - Friday.
• Open to a bid system for routes based on seniority.

Requirements:

• 9 months or less of CDL driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.
• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and understand regulations.
