Client Services Representative – Investment Banking Office Call Center

Location: Downtown Chicago (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM - OnSite 3 days/week - 2 days remote

$20/hr W2 - Contract opportunity - Work and learn in a desired corporate bank office!

We will train you! Prefer some client service experience. Bi-lingual / Spanish is preferred.

A well-established investment banking corporate office in downtown Chicago is seeking a Client Services Representative to support its growing operations team. This is a high-volume, client-facing role that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and accurate support
• Log all client inquiries and resolutions using CRM software
• Perform transactional processing (ACH transfers, stop payments, wire transfers, account maintenance)
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, offering alternatives when needed
• Assist retirees in setting up and navigating online applications
• Support clients with professionalism and patience, especially when dealing with elderly or health-challenged individuals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal systems and processes through ongoing training
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting

Qualifications:

• Experience in a client servicing environment with back-to-back phone call handling is strongly preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills
• Good writing and typing skills
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer applications
• Internet-savvy; ability to assist clients with basic online navigation
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Courteous, patient, and empathetic demeanor – especially when working with an older population
• Stable internet connection with ability to hardwire into a router/modem for remote work as needed
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
