Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person:

• Assist both retail customers and technicians at the parts counter
  and by phone
• Look up and order OEM and aftermarket parts accurately
• Provide pricing, availability, and product information
• Pull and prepare parts for repair orders and special orders
• Track backorders and restock inventory
• Accurately process internal tickets and retail transactions
• Keep parts department organized and follow dealership processes
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management

Qualifications and Requirements - Parts Counter Person:

• Auto parts experience is required
• Volkswagen experience is a plus, not required
• Prompt and dependable work attendance
• Energetic, friendly and good customer service skills
• Strong computer and phone skills is required (Internet, MS Outlook)
• Proficient in CDK DMS is a plus, not a requirement
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
