What You'll Do
-Manage a variety of cases across our core practice areas
-Draft pleadings, conduct research, and represent clients in hearings and mediations
-Work directly with clients and maintain clear, compassionate communication
-Collaborate with the team to improve processes and support firm growth
Qualifications
-Licensed to practice in Florida and in good standing
-1-5 years of experience in family law, estate planning, or elder law preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
-Passionate about client service and eager to grow professionally
-Comfortable using MS Office 365, Clio, WealthCounsel, and related systems
Compensation & Benefits
-Competitive salary: $60,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience
-Performance-based bonuses
