We are seeking fun, energetic, early-childhood teachers and coaches to join our Soccer and/or Multi-Sports program! All training and equipment are provided. As a Part-Time Youth Assistant Sports Instructor, you will help teach the fundamentals to children of all skill levels (ages 12 months - 7 years) and play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for children. The program incorporates a fun, educational curriculum that teaches soccer fundamentals to all skill levels. Schedule You provide us with your seasonal availability, and we will schedule you into classes accordingly. We are currently hiring coaches for our Fall and Winter seasons, with opportunities available year-round if available: Winter/Spring/Fall: Weekday evenings (2PM-5:30PM) and weekends Year-round: Saturday and Sunday 8:30AM-1:30PM & 2:20PM-5:30PM Summer: Weekends (8:30AM-1:00PM) and weekday camps (9AM-12PM, June - late August); other evening opportunities may be available Salary Lead Coaches start at $30 per 45-60 minute session and can earn up to $45 for leading classes. Assistants start at $19 per 45-60 minute class. Prorated rates apply for classes shorter than 45 minutes. Roles and Responsibilities Assist and teach energetic, motivating classes, connect with children, challenge them, and help achieve motor development goals while fostering a love of movement and healthy habits in an organized, fun manner Provide individual and group attention to children Arrive on time, prepared both physically and mentally (including commuting time) Requirements Willingness and ability to travel to class locations Availability includes one or more of the following: Weekday mornings (9AM-12PM), afternoons (2PM-6PM), or weekend mornings (8:30AM-2PM) Prior experience working with children preferred Soccer background preferred Fun, energetic, patient, attentive personality Candidates are recommended to be fully vaccinated upon starting employment, subject to legally required exemptions. Proof of vaccination may be required depending on regional mandates.
